The problem

Right now, "where's that load?" means a phone call.

A customer rings for an ETA. The planner rings the driver. The driver picks up if they can. By the time the answer comes back, the ETA has already moved, and your live picture of the day lives in three places at once: a tracking tab, the driver's phone, and someone's memory.

Chasing updates by phone

  • Planners ring drivers for positions all day
  • The tracking tab shows the truck, not the job
  • Customers phone the office for every ETA
  • The picture is stale the moment it's read

Reading the day on the board

  • Every order and ETA on one live screen
  • Fed by real-time tracking and the Driver App
  • Customers self-serve their own ETAs
  • It re-times itself as the work happens
What it does

One screen that keeps itself up to date.

Live ETAs for every order, your existing trackers feeding in, a secure view for customers, and the planner and account manager views your team works from, all on one board so the office reads the day instead of reconstructing it.

Live ETAs for every order

Each job shows its current ETA and status. As drivers check in and move, the board re-times itself, including the stops further down the run, so no one has to phone round to find out where work stands.

Keep the trackers you trust

The board works with your existing telematics, including TomTom, Microlise and Telogis. Feed it from the Driver App location, from your vehicle trackers, or both, and switch between them. One live view, without ripping out hardware that already works.

A secure customer view

Customers log in to the Client Portal and see an ETA arrivals board and tracking for their own orders only, never anyone else's work, and can set up the view that suits them. They self-serve, and the phone stops ringing for updates during the busiest hours.

Planner and account manager views

A planners' view that filters down to their own drivers, a key account manager view, extensive search, and notes that update live, so each person sees the slice of the operation they're responsible for.

Pallet network consignment updates, on the same board

Run pallet work and the board reads it too. When you work for a pallet network, consignment updates come in alongside your ETAs, so the office tracks network movements and your own jobs in one place instead of logging in and out of a separate portal to piece the day together.

How the ETAs stay right

It re-times the day at every check-in.

1

Drivers check in

Each collection and delivery is recorded as it happens in the Driver App.

2

Tracking updates live

Real-time location from the app or your trackers, the office's choice.

3

Board re-times

Each check-in sharpens this ETA and the stops further down the run.

4

Customers see their ETAs

The same live picture in the portal, limited to their own orders.

What it changes

The office stops guessing.

~20 min

Earlier heads-up

The app flags a vehicle as available roughly twenty minutes ahead, so you can line up the next job before the truck is empty.

0

Update calls

Customers read their own ETAs in the portal, so the planner plans instead of fielding "where's my load" all afternoon.

Live picture

Tracking, ETAs and customer visibility sit in the same place as your planning, not in a separate tab or a separate app.

The system is a one-stop solution that meets all our needs - from detailed vehicle and load tracking to real-time performance reporting.

Questions

What transport managers ask about the board.

How does the Arrivals Board work out ETAs?

Drivers check in as they collect and deliver, and the system tracks their location in real time. Each check-in sharpens the ETA for the current stop and extrapolates ETAs for the stops further down the run, so the whole board stays current without anyone phoning round.

Do I have to replace my vehicle trackers to use it?

No. The Arrivals Board works with your existing telematics. Feed it from the Driver App location, from your vehicle trackers, or both, and switch between them. You keep the hardware you already trust.

Can customers see the board?

Yes, through a secure customer view. Each customer logs in to the Client Portal and sees an ETA arrivals board and dedicated tracking for their own orders only, never anyone else's work.

Can different people see different things?

Yes. There are planner and key account manager views, extensive search, and dynamic notes that update live, so each person sees the slice of the operation they are responsible for.

Does it link up with the load exchanges?

We're building a link with Courier Exchange and Transport Exchange so exchange work can see its ETAs on the Arrivals Board. It's an active integration rather than a long-shipped, click-to-enable feature, so ask us where it's up to for your setup.

Indicative answers based on current product behaviour. Confirm specifics with the team for your operation.
