Your customers, answering their own questions.
A login of their own, where customers book jobs, track loads live and pull their own PODs. The "where's my delivery?" call stops before it reaches your office.
Trusted by UK haulage operators
Your office is your customers' tracking system.
Every "where's my load?", every "can you resend that POD?", every "did it go today?" lands on the same two people who are already planning the work. The information exists, it's just locked in your office, so the only way a customer gets it is to phone in and pull someone off the job.
Without a portal
- Customers phone and email for every status
- PODs dug out and re-sent by hand
- The office stops planning to answer the phone
- "I never got proof of that delivery"
With the Client Portal
- Customers log in and see status themselves
- Every POD there to download, the moment it lands
- The phone stops ringing for routine questions
- Proof of delivery, dated and on the record
One login, and the questions answer themselves.
The Client Portal gives each of your customers a secure login into the parts of HaulierMagic that concern them, and nothing else. They book, track and self-serve their own paperwork, all from the same live data your office works from, so there's no second system to keep up to date.
Customers book their own jobs
Customers raise a booking straight into your system, with the addresses, references and dates already attached. It lands in your planning the same as any other job, with no rekeying and no email chain to transcribe.
Live tracking and ETAs
The same live position and arrival times your office sees, shown to the customer for their own loads only. They watch the run in instead of phoning to ask, and the Arrivals Board keeps the ETA honest.
Self-serve PODs and documents
Every proof of delivery, signature and photo is in the portal the moment the driver captures it. Customers download what they need themselves, so the "can you resend that POD?" email stops coming in.
Role-limited by customer
Each customer sees only their own jobs, loads and paperwork, on menus you set per account. One customer can never see another's work, and you decide exactly how much of the picture each login gets.
Carries your name, not ours
The portal can wear your own colours and logo, so customers log into a system that looks like yours. To them it's your tracking and your paperwork, the kind of client-facing technology a customer expects from a serious operator, without you building or running any of it.
Fewer calls. Faster answers. A more professional front.
Take the phone off the office
Routine status and POD requests answer themselves in the portal, so your planners spend their day planning instead of reading delivery notes down the phone.
End the "I never got proof"
Every POD is dated, on the record and there for the customer to pull whenever they want. The disputed delivery is settled before it turns into a withheld invoice.
Look like the bigger operator
Customer logins, live tracking and self-serve paperwork are what large hauliers offer. Under your own branding, you offer the same, whatever the size of your fleet.
Our entire fleet is fully tracked and our client facing and office-backed technology is among the most advanced in the industry.

What operators ask about giving customers a login.
Can a customer see other customers' work?
No. Each login is locked to that customer's own jobs, loads and paperwork. You set what each account can see, and one customer can never see another's loads, rates or PODs.
Can the portal carry our own branding?
Yes. The portal and its screens can carry your own colours and logo, so customers log into something that looks like your business, not a generic third-party tool.
Do bookings made by customers come straight into our planning?
Yes. A booking raised in the portal lands in your system as a job, with the customer's addresses, references and dates already on it. Your planner works it like any other job, with nothing to rekey.
When can a customer see a POD?
As soon as the driver captures it in the Driver App. The signature, photos and delivery notes sync straight through, so the proof is in the customer's portal within seconds of the drop, not at the end of the day.
Is the tracking the customer sees the same as ours?
It's the same live data, filtered to their loads. The position and ETAs come from the same source your office and Arrivals Board work from, so the customer never sees a different story to the one you're seeing.
Do customers need to install anything?
No. The Client Portal runs in a web browser on any device. Customers log in with their own details, on a desktop or a phone, with nothing to download.
Give your customers a login of their own.
