What's included in the price?
Every module in HaulierMagic is included in both plans, from planning and the Driver App to ePOD, walkaround checks, driver tracking, the Client Portal and automated invoicing. NavigateMagic is the one paid add-on, charged per driver device.
How is it billed?
HaulierMagic is billed monthly, per office user and per driver device. Connecting it to your accounts, telematics or customer systems is a separate one-off cost, quoted before any work starts.
How much does NavigateMagic cost?
NavigateMagic, our truck-safe in-cab navigation, is charged per driver device on top of the device rate: £5 a device for teams up to twelve users and vehicles, and £2 a device above that.
Do subcontractors need their own licence?
No. Subcontractors are planned and tracked alongside your own fleet on the same screen, and they don't need their own HaulierMagic licence.
Does the price drop as we grow?
Yes. Once your users and vehicles pass twelve, the per-user rate drops from £99 to £79 a month, and NavigateMagic falls from £5 to £2 a device.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices shown exclude VAT.
