How does the driver mobile app work?
Drivers install the HaulierMagic app on their Android or iOS phone. They see their daily jobs, complete walkaround checks, capture signatures and photos for PODs, message planners, and update job statuses. The app works offline too -- updates sync automatically when signal returns. Most drivers are productive on it within an hour.
Is my data secure and GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is hosted in secure UK-based cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections, regular backups, and full GDPR compliance.
